Andy and Jo surprise engagement photos!

As Barrie and I were packing up to leave the beach today, Andy introduced himself to us and told us he had just proposed to his gorgeous girlfriend Jo and she had accepted!  He asked if we would take some photographs for them and of course we were happy to oblige.  We hope that they have the most wonderful wedding (funnily enough they hadn’t set a date in the 10 minutes that they had been engaged!)

Rachel and Mike’s pre-wedding portrait

It was lovely to meet Rachel and Mike today before their wedding on January 31st.  It was a freezing cold day but bright and with the promise of a lovely sunset we went to the beach at West Wittering for their portrait session.  Mike doesn’t like having his photo taken but even he said it was not as painful as he had been expecting!  I am really looking forward to their wedding and reception at the Powdermills Hotel.

Family portrait session

Charles, Lucy, Amelia and Ben came over today for a family portrait session.  These sessions are very popular as Christmas presents.  Please get in touch if you would like to arrange a session or if you know someone who would appreciate a voucher for Christmas.

Amanda and Andy’s pre-wedding portrait

Amanda and Andy came to the farm on Saturday for a portrait session before their wedding on October 18th.  These guys are so cool, I am really looking forward to photographing them on the day!

Pre-wedding Portraits in London

Barrie and I spent a very busy weekend in London this weekend.  I caught up with two couples who are getting married in August.

Rosemary and Jonathan are getting married in just over one week’s time at Christchurch Spitalfields.

Matt and Christina are getting married at the end of August.  Their reception will take place at the Grosvenor Hotel.

Kate and Grant’s pre-wedding portrait

On Sunday I met up with Kate and Grant in the lovely country park at Goodwood.  We had great fun getting some relaxed portraits of them together.  Kate and Grant get married in October and have their reception at West Stoke House near Chichester so a nice local one for me!

Julie and Rob’s pre-wedding shoot

Julie and Rob are getting married in August and today they came down to the coast for their pre-wedding portrait session.  Despite the very high winds on the beach they were up for all the photos I asked them to do and the beach huts provided a little much needed shelter!  Julie’s mum Eve also came down so it was a great chance to get some nice photos of her and Julie before the wedding day.

Bex and Louise’s portrait session

Bex and Louise came to Birdham today for a portrait session.  We had intended to do the photographs on the beach but by 4pm the wind was just impossible so we came back to the farm. The session was great fun, I don’t think any of us stopped laughing for more than a couple of seconds!

Oscar at 7 months

On Tuesday I went to take some photographs of Oscar.  I have been taking photos of him each month from birth and will continue until he is a year old when I will be making an album for his parents who are good friends of mine.
